The process begins with stripping the wheel back to bare metal, removing all old paint, lacquer and corrosion. Any structural damage is assessed at this stage — minor buckles can often be straightened, and pitting or corrosion is addressed before any new finish is applied. Skipping these steps is what produces a refurbishment that starts peeling within six months; we don't do that.
We can apply a wide range of finishes: the original colour, a new colour of your choice, gloss black, anthracite, silver, two-tone designs, or powder-coated finishes in virtually any RAL or BS colour. For vehicles with OEM diamond cut wheels, we can re-machine the face and lacquer to restore the distinctive machined appearance.
